Day 41: Time

We've often heard that time is gold,
How much of it do you really hold?
How much would just slip away,
How much is lost from day to day?

Maybe I should not really meddle,
With your time, how you settle;
If no one else is affected,
You're not late, no one's connected.

If you are late, consider this thinking,
You don't respect the person's being;
If you're going to a hundred-person meeting,
Five minutes late means five hundred minutes of wasting.

Do not say it's "Filipino time" so it's okey,
Shameless bragging that's eats up your day;
It also shows what you're really made of,
It shows your character, for me, a stand-off.
