Day 48: Life Is A Choice

When you wake up each morning,
Your day is beginning;
Will you rise up, start stretching,
Or go back to what you were dreaming?

If you decided to get up,
Halt your dream, make it stop;
You're faced with another choice,
This or that, what's your voice?

As the day passes you by,
You've got to think and ask why;
For every choice you make today,
Will hone your life from day to day.

In case our choice is a mistake,
It's still a choice what road we'll take;
Will we spend our time blaming,
Or just pick up the lessons and start living?
