Take 2: Day 3: Memory

I'm getting old but not THAT old,
Yet my memory fails me;
Sometimes I just have been told,
In minutes I'd figure out reality.

Give me a list of a hundred things,
I can memorize all, even what comes before and after;
But that's because there's a system I'm using,
If it's figurable, I can find the answer.
